Despite their many advantages, defined benefit plans can be a challenge to administer. But the good news is the NSAHO Pension Plan does what it can to minimize your administrative role.

We handle many of the day-to-day details for you – including record keeping, benefit calculations, communications and government filings. That said, we can't do it alone. You have a very important role – we need your cooperation and assistance for many things to effectively administer this pension plan for members.

For example, we need you to remit contributions, report member data accurately, calculate pension adjustments, and help employees complete the right forms at the right time. The good news is we’ll help wherever and whenever we can.
