If you change anything about the account to which we deposit your pension
You must notify the NSAHO Pension Plan – in writing –
if you change anything about the account to which we deposit your pension. To
help to ensure that your pension payments are not interrupted, you must write
to us with the following information:
-
If your account is a chequing account
– your letter must contain your signature and also must include a void cheque
that contains the information about your new account
-
If your account is other than a chequing account
– you must provide letter with your signed written instructions, along with a
statement from the bank indicating the bank’s full address, the bank transit
number, and your bank account number. The statement must be signed by a bank
representative.
(Note: for accuracy reasons, we cannot accept account numbers
that have not been pre-printed on forms provided by the bank.)
